  • Do It Up

    For an intimate budget conscience event for 50-75 people whose color palette involves white fabrics and basic chair sashes. This package starts at $1200.

    Package Includes:

    • White tablecloth linen in your choice of round or rectangle.

    • Basic chair stretch bands: silver or gold.

    • Silver or Gold chargers.

    • Stretch white chair covers.

    • Basic white floral centerpiece with `1 color added on small centerpiece within our inventory.

    • One backdrop in white behind head table.

    • Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs.

    **Add-ons available

  • Step It Up

    This package is for 75-100 people and gives our client partner their choice of color linen beyond white and their choice of medium sized centerpieces, while still taking your event from WHAT to WOW! This package starts at $1700

    Package Includes

    • White tablecloth linen in your choice of round or rectangle with 1 choice of colored runners and/or overlays

    • Basic chair stretch bands in your choice of 1 color

    • Silver or Gold chargers.

    • Stretch chair cover with 1 choice of color for guest of honor table and/or family tables (2 family tables)

    • Basic white floral centerpiece with 2 colors added on medium centerpieces.

    • One backdrop in white behind head table with 1 color added

    • Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs.

    **Add-ons available

  • Level Up

    Level Up is for the party of 100-150 who want to add color, premium table cloths, backdrop fabrics, and a little more luxury and upgraded centerpieces. This package starts at $2100.

    Package Includes

    • Colored tablecloth with specialty linens for head table and family tables :rosettes, pintuck, crinkle, in your choice of round or rectangle with 2 choices of colored runners and/or overlays to create interest and contrast to your decor.

    • Chair stretch bands in your choice of 2 colors

    • Choice of silver, gold or acrylic beaded chargers.

    • Stretch chair cover with 2 choices of colors for guest of honor table and/or family tables (2 family tables)

    • Basic white floral centerpiece with 2 colors added on tall centerpieces or centerpieces of your choice within our inventory.

    • 2 votives per table

    • One backdrop in white with 2 additional colored panels behind head table

    • Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs.

Meet Your Design Partners

Meet Your Design Partners

Gina has a B.S. in Occupational Therapy and has provided rehabilitative services for over 30 years as an Independent Contractor, further enhancing her skills as an entrepreneur. She recently tapped into her passion for event decor while decorating for a family member’s wedding.

Raquel (Rae) has a B.S. in Health Information Management and has always gravitated to party planning, event design & décor, and honed her managerial and business skills while working as a Director of Rehabilitation. She also recently became a certified Accredited Event Designer.

In February of 2022 Expressions by Gina & Rae was opened allowing each partner to live out their creative visions. Gina and Rae are happiest when they are tasked with transforming venues from HOW (How will you make this place look good) to WOW! (Wow, you made this place look good).

  • Expressions Empowers You

    This package is for the party maven that knows what they want and simply needs Expressions to put all their thoughts on paper, do the research about pricing, locate 4 possible venues and compile all of it in a user friendly document with pictures and/or links. We can also do a virtual visit with you.

  • Meet Me At The Altar

    Whether you are exchanging vows in a church or at the reception site, we can decorate your ceremony just like you’ve envisioned.
